Not to worry! In order to ensure the item you receive is the highest possible quality, we work with multiple product suppliers. This means that occasionally, some items in your order may ship separately.
Turn the garment inside out to protect the print. Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle using a soft detergent.
All of our items are printed to order. This takes an extra day or two, but it ensures we create a minimal amount of waste for your local landfill. The current processing time is 2-5 days, depending on the items ordered. Typical delivery times are 3 business days after processing.
This is super rare, but if it happens, please email us with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement for you. If the item has an odd smell and/or off-white residue, don’t worry, it’s the remainder of the fixation agent applied to the print that will disappear after the first wash.
Size charts can be found on almost all our products in the text accompanying the pretty pictures. It’s best to compare our sizing to one of your favorite clothing items before ordering, as our sizing might vary from what you’re used to and you might want to size up.
